1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NOVA: The Health App ("NOVA", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using NOVA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these
Terms, please do not use the app.
2. User Eligibility
To use NOVA, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher)
and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement. By using NOVA, you confirm that you meet these
eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of NOVA, you may be required to register an account by providing your name and email
address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and
update this information if necessary.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and
password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any
unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4. Use of the App
You may use NOVA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use NOVA in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to access or interfere with the security or functionality of NOVA or any system associated with the app.
- Use NOVA to transmit any harmful or unlawful content, including but not limited to malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
5. No Health Data Collection
NOVA does not collect, store, or process any personal health data. The only data collected is your name and
email for authentication purposes. You agree not to input any health-related data into NOVA, and you acknowledge
that NOVA is not intended to provide medical or health advice.
6. Privacy and Data Usage
By using NOVA, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not
share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties.
7. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on NOVA, in whole or in part.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, unless permitted by applicable law.
- Use NOVA in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app or interfere with others’ use of the app.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NOVA at our discretion, including if you breach these
Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you agree to
discontinue use of NOVA.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Medical Advice: NOVA is not intended to provide medical, health, or fitness advice. You
should always seek professional advice before making decisions based on any information provided within the app.
No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOVA and its creators are not liable for
any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data,
loss of profits, or any other losses arising from your use or inability to use the app.
App Availability: We do not guarantee that NOVA will be available, uninterrupted, or free from
errors at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the app at any time.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NOVA, its creators, affiliates, and their respective employees,
agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney
fees) arising out of your use or misuse of NOVA, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any
rights of a third party.

not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of third-party
